Fault tolerance of TIER III level and infrastructure reliability — 99.982%. Access to the installed equipment is strictly regulated and is carried out exclusively by the company’s technical staff and customers. Data Center customers are provided with physical access to the installed servers in 24/7 mode. Entrance to the territory of the Data Center is possible only for authorized vehicles and is controlled by physical security.
• Territory security — two-level security system of the Data Center is provided by its own 24/7 security service and contractual relations with the Security Police. Video monitoring of the adjacent territory, courtyard and premises of the Data Center is carried out by 20 video surveillance cameras. The territory is fenced with an anti-vandal fence. Access to the territory is carried out by prior agreement and under the control of a representative of the duty service of the Data Center.
• Uninterrupted power supply system — guaranteed power supply is provided by two independent input cables from the networks and autonomous input from a diesel generator, which corresponds to the 1st category of power supply reliability. Each data center has 2 inputs of guaranteed power supply with a load of up to 120 kW. Ability to connect to uninterrupted power supply from 2 different input cables with a dedicated power of up to 6 kW per cabinet. More than 250 power supply parameters are monitored by network analyzers installed on each data center input.
• Automatic fire extinguishing — The data center modules are equipped with an automatic gas fire extinguishing system filled with inert gas safe for equipment. The performance of the fire extinguishing system is monitored by the company’s security and the city’s SES unit around the clock. The city’s SES unit is located approximately 1500 meters from the Data Center, a five-minute drive away.
• Air conditioning system, which is carried out according to the N+1 scheme. The modules provide a temperature of 21°C ± 3°C at a relative humidity of up to 55%. Round-the-clock online monitoring of temperature and humidity.
• Network access — organization of access at a speed of 100/10 000/10 000 Mb/s from the company’s equipment. Communication channel capacity is 160 Gb/s. Optical inputs to the territory of the company are organized from two opposite sides, which ensures the fault tolerance of the access service. The equipment is included in the traffic exchange points with two alternative channels, there are also own parity channels with the services of Google platforms and other telecom operators. Third-party telecom operators are present on the territory of the data centre.
