Call a technical specialist — visit of a specialist to troubleshoot within the time agreed by the parties, after receipt of an application from the subscriber about the fault:
** - call of a master includes the diagnosis of the fault directly at the subscriber (at connection address).
IMPORTANT: monthly fee of all tariff plans, includes a fee
for supporting the operation of the direct connection (port reservation) in the amount of UAH 12.00.
