Regulations of the campaign «Gigashara from Adamant»

Target group of the campaign participants:

• Potential customers (new subscribers) of Adamant LLC who have applied to the company to connect to the Internet via PON technology and subscribers who have terminated the service agreement more than 3 months ago without any debts and do not fall under the Exceptions in accordance with Section 3 of these Rules.
• Period of the promotion: from April 7, 2023 to August 31, 2023.

The essence of the promotion and conditions:

• For subscribers specified in Section 1, the current tariff plan at the promotional price:

*after the promotional tariff plan expires, the subscription fee will be charged on general terms and conditions, according to the cost of the Hype-Giga tariff plan;

• Any person over 18 years of age, whose legal capacity is not limited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, can participate in the promotion;
• In order to join the promotion, you should contact the subscriber department at 51-A Kharkivske Shosse St., by calling the hotline (050/063/068) 255 44 11, (044) 247 44 11, by e-mail: hnet@adamant.ua or in the Telegram messenger @Adamant_isp or by making an application on the website.
• In order to connect under the promotion, you need to have a subscriber terminal that is compatible with the operator’s equipment NG PON GPON/XPON, BDCOM GPON/XPON ONU, ZTE GPON/XPON ONU are among the recommended ones, more details on the models, we answered frequently asked questions at the link https://adamant.ua/en/internet/home-internet. The terminal can be purchased in any convenient city, as well as at ADAMANT LLC.
• The cost of connection is free for the duration of the promotion.
• In order to connect under the promotion, you must pay the subscription fee in advance the day before the connection (the recalculation is made for the days of using the service until the end of the month). On the 1st day of the next month, the subscriber’s account must have enough funds to pay for Internet access in accordance with the full monthly tariff. In case of non-payment for Internet access by the 1st day of the month, access will be blocked.
• In case of cancellation of the tariff, the subscriber must notify the company at least 10 days before the 1st day of the month in which he plans to disconnect in any convenient way: through his personal account or by contacting the subscriber department.
• Connection to the Internet via PON technology is subject to technical feasibility and is carried out depending on the load and queue at the time of the work.
• The company reserves the right to change the validity period, terms of the promotion and the cost of the tariff unilaterally.
• The company reserves the right to change the term of work on switching to the Internet unilaterally.

Exclusions:

• The promotion does not apply to potential users who, at the time of contacting the customer service center, were previously subscribers of Adamant LLC and have debts to the Company for services provided earlier until the debt is repaid.
• The promotion does not apply to potential users who live in apartment buildings not equipped with PON technology.
• The promotion does not apply to subscribers living in private houses.
• Subscribers are connected by providing access to low-current risers that may be located behind the vestibule door.
