Each new and existing subscriber of the company, living in a multi-storey house can take advantage of the tariffs in the section «Internet + TV»
«Internet + TV» tariff regulation
1. Target consumer group:
- Potential customers (new subscribers) who have applied within the period from May 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 in order to connect to the Internet and subscribers who have terminated the service contract more than 3 months ago without debts and do not fall under the Exceptions, in accordance with Section 3 of these Regulations in multi-storey buildings.
- Existing subscribers who have applied between May 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 for the purpose of switching to another tariff plan in multi-storey buildings.
2. The essence of tariffs and conditions of use:
- In order to use the service «Internet + TV» you need to order a tariff plan at the site www.аdamant.ua or contact the customer service department at the address: 51-A, Kharkovskoe shosse str, call by hotline (050/063/068)2554411, (044)2474411, write to e-mail: hnet@adamant.ua or in messengers Viber, Telegram to number (050)2554411.
- To use a tariff plan you will need to make a subscription fee from the day of connection (recalculation is made for the days of using the service till the end of the month).
- Period of tariffs validity: till December 31, 2022.
- For the subscribers specified in Section 1, introduce the current tariff plans:

- For the use of the service «Internet + TV» is necessary to pay each month in advance by the 1st day of the month in one payment.
- Upon initial activation of the service «Internet + TV» is recalculated according to the selected tariff plan from the date of connection (provision of the service) until the last day of the month.
- To use the service, the subscriber’s account should have enough money to pay for access according to the selected tariff plan. In case of non-payment access to «Internet + TV» service will be blocked.
- In case of cancellation of «Internet + TV» service a subscriber must notify the company at least 10 days before the 1st day of the month in which you plan to disconnect, in any convenient way: through personal account or by contacting the subscriber department, call the hotline ( 050/063/068)2554411, (044)2474411, write on e-mail: hnet@adamant.ua or in messenger Viber, Telegram to the number (050)2554411.

The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the tariff plans unilaterally.
3. Exceptions:
- The terms of use of the service «Internet + TV» do not apply to potential users who at the time of contacting the customer service center were subscribers and have debts to the Company for services previously provided until the repayment of this debt.
- These tariff plans do not apply to subscribers who live in the private sector.
- Connection is made by providing access to the risers with a weak current, which may be behind the tambour door.
