How do I change the email from my personal account?

If You have access to the personal account, You can change Your e-mail in the «Your information» section, then click on the «Update» button, or go to the «Personal data» section and make the appropriate changes.

If for some reason You could not enter the personal account, write an application (sample) and send it to telecom@adamant.ua.

The letter should be accompanied by scanned copies of 1, 2, 3 and 11 pages of the passport, which must be dated and signed, as well as You have to write «the copy is correct».
