According to the current .UA domain registration regulations domain names of the type firma.ua or proekt.ua are delegated only to the owner of the rights to the mark for goods and services (trademark, TM) and only if the relevant domain name in its entirety or its component of the second level (up to the sign «.», but not including), by the spelling coincides with the TM protected in Ukraine.

To register a .UA domain name, You should provide the following documents:

• Certificate of Ukraine (or its certified copy) for a mark for goods and services, issued by the central executive body for legal protection of intellectual property (Ukrpatent);
• If You or Your company are not the owner of the rights to use the TM — a notarized copy of the agreement on the transfer of the owner of the TM rights to use this TM or license agreement.
