Regulations of the action «Transition»

Target group of participants of the action

• Potential clients (new subscribers) of Adamant Group of Companies, who applied for reconnection from another Internet provider, get two months of Internet as a gift.
• Campaign period: on a permanent basis.

Gist of the action and conditions of the action

• For subscribers, listed in Section 1;
• Any person over 18 years of age whose legal capacity is not limited in accordance with the law of Ukraine can take part in the action;
• In order to take advantage of the promotion offer, it is necessary to provide a copy of two paid receipts for the last settlement period with the previous Internet provider;
• A gift — two months of Internet is given after 10 months of using the service;
• After the expiration of the gift, the subscription fee will be charged on general conditions, according to the cost of tariff plans;
• The subscribers, who have chosen the «Switch» offer, can change the chosen tariff plan to any other one during the promotional period;
• If the subscriber refuses to use the services within 10 months the promotion is not applied;
• Connection cost is 900 UAH for subscribers of multi-storey buildings and 2500 UAH for subscribers of private sector;
• The cost of connection includes adjustment of the subscriber’s equipment (Wi-Fi router);
• A subscriber can temporarily suspend the service (port support) for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days during the period of service receipt according to the terms of the action;
• One can use the Promo Campaign «Transition» only once;
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers;
• Connection is provided within 7 working days from the date of application;

• The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer unilaterally.

Exceptions

• Conditions of the action do not apply to potential users who at the time of contacting the customer service center were the subscribers of SC «Adamant» and have a debt to the Company for services provided earlier until the debt is repaid;
• Connection in multi-storey buildings shall be effected upon provision of access to the low-voltage stand, which can be located behind the tambour door;
• Connection in the private sector is made when technically possible.
