«Double Layer» promotion for new subscribers in apartment buildings

Regulations of the «Double Ball» campaign

Target group of the campaign participants:

• Potential clients (new subscribers) of Adamant Group who have applied to the company to connect to the Internet via PON technology and subscribers who have terminated the service agreement without debt more than 3 months ago and do not fall under the Exceptions in accordance with Section 3 of these Rules.
• Period of the promotion: from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.

The essence of the promotion and conditions:

• For subscribers specified in Section 1, the current tariff plan at the promotional price:

*after the promotional tariff plan expires, the subscription fee will be charged on general terms and conditions, according to the cost of the Hype-Giga tariff plan;

• Any person over 18 years of age, whose legal capacity is not limited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, can participate in the campaign;
• In order to join the promotion, you should contact the subscriber department at 51-A Kharkivske Shosse St., by calling the hotline (050/063/068) 2 554 411, (044) 2 474 411, by e-mail: hnet@adamant.ua or in the Telegram messenger @Adamant_isp, or by making an application on the website.
• Prior to the start of the work, pay the subscription fee for the next 120 days (4 months) of using the service in one payment and wait for the Internet connection;
• If the subscriber pays for 120 days (4 months) under the promotion, he/she receives a subscriber terminal compatible with the operator’s equipment as a gift;
• The cost of connection is free for the duration of the offer.
• The cost of connection includes cable laying and installation and configuration of subscriber equipment (Wi-Fi router);
• You can take advantage of the «Double Layer» promotion many times with each new connection if the subscriber has different connection addresses;
• During the period of receiving services under the terms of the promotion, the subscriber cannot temporarily suspend the service (port support);
• Subscribers who have chosen the Double Layer promotion are not entitled to change the selected tariff plan to any other during the promotion period;
• If the subscriber refuses from the services during the promotion period, the funds paid by the subscriber for the services are not refundable and are considered payment for the services actually provided (for connection);
• Connection to the Internet via PON technology is subject to technical feasibility and is carried out depending on the load and queue at the time of work.
• The company reserves the right to change the validity period, terms of the promotion and the cost of the tariff unilaterally;
• The Company reserves the right to change the term of work on Internet connection unilaterally.

Exclusions:

• The promotion does not apply to potential users who, at the time of contacting the customer service center, were previously subscribers of Adamant Group and have debts to the Company for services provided earlier until the debt is repaid.
• The promotion does not apply to subscribers living in private homes.
• Subscribers are connected by providing access to low-current risers that may be located behind the vestibule door.
