Regulations of the campaign «Meet spring with ADAMANT»

Target group of the campaign participants:

• Potential customers (new subscribers) of Adamant Group of Companies who applied from March 9, 2023 to March 31, 2023 and subscribers who do not fall under the Exceptions in accordance with Section 3 of these Rules.
• Period of the promotion: from March 9, 2023 to March 31, 2023.

The essence of the promotion and terms and conditions:

• The promotion is valid for all home network subscribers with a new connection.
• Any person over 18 years of age, whose legal capacity is not limited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, can participate in the promotion;
• In order to take advantage of the special offer, you need to contact the subscriber department and receive confirmation of the technical capability;
• Pay the subscription fee for the next 90 days (3 months) of using the service in one payment and wait for the installation of the home Internet before starting the work;
• After the expiration of the «Meet Spring with ADAMANT» promotion, the connection cost will be charged on general terms and conditions, according to the cost of connecting tariff plans;
• Subscribers who have chosen the «Meet Spring with ADAMANT» promotion have no right to change the chosen tariff plan to any other during the promotion period;
• If the subscriber refuses from the services during the promotion period, the funds paid by the subscriber for the services are not refundable and are considered payment for the services actually provided (for connection);
• The cost of connection is free;
• The cost of connection includes cable laying and installation and configuration of subscriber equipment (Wi-Fi router);
• During the period of receiving services under the terms of the promotion, the subscriber cannot temporarily suspend the service (port support);
• It is possible to take advantage of the «Meet Spring with ADAMANT» promotion many times with each new connection if the subscriber has different connection addresses;
• Connection takes place within 10 working days from the moment of contacting the customer service department.
• The company reserves the right to change the validity period and terms of the promotion unilaterally.

Exclusions:

• The terms and conditions of the promotion do not apply to potential users who, at the time of contacting the customer service center, were previously subscribers of Adamant and have debts to the company for services provided earlier until the debt is repaid;
• The promotion does not apply to subscribers living in the private sector.
• The cable is connected or replaced when access is granted to low-current risers that may be located behind the vestibule door.
