Change tariffs, connect to the Internet or switch to advanced GPON technology in apartment buildings under the «I want it faster» promotion

Regulations of the «I want to go faster» action

1. Target group of action participants:

1.1 Connect the service in multi-storey buildings operating on PON technology:

• potential customers and existing customers of Adamant Group, who have applied during the period from March 1, 2022 to May 31, 2022 to connect to the Internet, to switch to a larger tariff plan for Internet access or to switch to the most advanced GPON technology;

• subscribers who terminated the service contract more than 3 months ago without arrears and do not fall under the Exceptions, according to Section 3 of these Regulations.

1.2 Campaign period: 3 months.

2. The essence of the action and the conditions of the action:

2.1. Для абонентов, указанных в Разделе 1, действующие тарифные планы по акционной цене:

• * When a new connection, when switching from the tariff plan Social, when switching to the most advanced GPON technology;
• ** When a new connection, when switching from the Unlim-Mega tariff plan, when switching to the most advanced GPON technology.

2.2 Any person over 18 years of age whose legal capacity is not limited by the current legislation of Ukraine can participate in the action;

2.3 In order to take advantage of the promotional offer, you must make a subscription fee from the day of connection (recalculation is made for the days of service use until the end of the month at a promotional price) and for the next 2 months of service use, taking into account the promotional price in one payment;

2.4 After the expiration of the promotional tariff plans, the subscription fee will be charged under general conditions, according to the cost of tariff plans «Unlim-Mega» or «Hype-Giga»;

2.5 Subscribers who selected a promotional tariff plan have no right to change the selected promotional tariff plan to any other during the promotional period;

2.6 If the subscriber cancels services during the validity period of the tariff plan, the funds paid by the subscriber for services shall not be returned and shall be considered as payment for actually rendered services;

2.7 The cost of connecting, switching to the most advanced GPON technology or a larger tariff plan is 1 UAH;

2.8 The cost of connection, cable replacement, transition includes setting up subscriber equipment (Wi-Fi router);

2.9 During the period of receiving services under the terms of the promotion the subscriber has no opportunity to suspend the service (port support);

2.10. You can use the «I want it sooner» promotion only once;

2.11. Connection, cable replacement, switching to a larger tariff plan is made within 7 working days from the date of application.

2.13. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion unilaterally.

3. Exceptions:

3.1 The terms and conditions of the promotion shall not apply to potential users who at the time of contacting the customer service center were previously subscribers of the Adamant Group and were indebted to the Company for the services provided until such indebtedness is repaid;

3.2. The promotion does not apply to subscribers residing in the private sector.

3.3. The connection shall be made upon granting access to the risers with a weak current, which may be behind the tambour door.
