Campaign «For those in love with the Internet

1. Target group of the promotion participants:

• Potential customers (new subscribers) of Adamant Group of Companies who applied from February 10, 2023 to February 17, 2023 and paid the cost of Internet connection and subscribers who do not fall under the Exceptions, in accordance with Section 3 of these Regulations. The promotion is applicable in multi-storey buildings already equipped with PON technology and in buildings that will be connected by March 1, 2023 (the list is agreed upon with the subscriber department).
• Existing Adamant subscribers who applied from February 10, 2023 to February 17, 2023 to replace copper cable with optical cable and paid the cost of switching in multi-storey buildings that operate on PON technology.

• Period of the promotion: 3 months, subject to payment from February 10, 2023 to February 17, 2023.

2. The essence of the action and the terms of the action:

• For subscribers listed in Section 1, the tariff plan at the promotional price is valid:

* when connecting to a new tariff plan, when switching from other tariff plans, when replacing the cable with an optical cable.

• Any person over the age of 18, whose legal capacity is not limited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, can participate in the promotion;
• In order to take advantage of the promotional offer, you need to contact the subscriber department and receive confirmation of the technical feasibility, pay for the connection or switching work from February 10, 2023 to February 17, 2023;
• Wait for the home Internet to be installed and pay the subscription fee from the day of connection or switching (recalculation is made for the days of using the service until the end of the month at the promotional price) and for the next 2 months of using the service, taking into account the promotional price, in one payment;
• After the expiration of the promotional tariff plan, the subscription fee will be charged on general terms and conditions, according to the cost of the Hype-Giga tariff plan;
• Subscribers who have chosen a promotional tariff plan are not entitled to change the chosen promotional tariff plan to any other during the promotional period;
• If the subscriber cancels the services during the promotional tariff plan, the funds paid by the subscriber for the services are not refundable and are considered payment for the services actually provided;
• The cost of connecting or replacing the cable is nine hundred hryvnias (900 UAH 00 kopecks);
• The cost of connection, cable replacement, migration includes the setup of subscriber equipment (Wi-Fi router);
• During the period of receiving services under the terms of the promotion, the subscriber cannot temporarily suspend the service (port support);
• You can take advantage of the «For those in love with the Internet» promotion only once;
• Connection or replacement of the cable is carried out within 30 working days from the date of payment of the cost of work;
• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion unilaterally.

3. Exceptions:

• The terms of the promotion do not apply to potential users who, at the time of contacting the customer service center, were previously Adamant subscribers and have debts to the company for services provided earlier until the debt is repaid;
• The promotion does not apply to subscribers living in the private sector.
• The cable is connected or replaced when access is granted to low-current risers that may be located behind the vestibule door.
